荒天によるレース開催の判断について（Egarding the decision to hold the race due to inclement weather）

大型で強い勢力の台風21号(コンレイ)はフィリピンの東にあって、西北西に進んでいます。今後は非常に強い勢力にまで発達する予定です。本州には２日に再接近し、台風接近に伴い秋雨前線が活発になり大雨が予想されています。

レース、開催の判断は２日午後21時（概ね20時から21時の間）までに判断し大会公式WEBにてお伝えする予定です。

また、開催されたとしても、雨による低体温症予防のため、必須装備であるレインウエアやサバイバルブランケットを確実に用意いただき雨のレースへの対応を万全にしてください。

また、コースについても、参加者の皆様の安全を最優先と考え、途中ショートカット等の対応を案内させていただくことがありますので予めご了承ください。

A large and powerful Typhoon No. 21 (Kong-rey) is located east of the Philippines and is moving northwest. It is expected to develop into a very strong typhoon. It is forecasted to approach Honshu again on the 2nd, and with the approach of the typhoon, the autumn rain front is expected to become active, leading to heavy rainfall.

We plan to make a decision regarding the holding of the race by 9:00 PM on the 2nd (approximately between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM) and will announce it on the official event website.

Furthermore, even if the event is held, please ensure you are fully prepared for racing in the rain by thoroughly preparing the mandatory equipment such as rainwear and survival blankets to prevent hypothermia due to rain.

Also, please be aware that, prioritizing the safety of all participants, we may provide guidance on measures such as course shortcuts during the event.
